Karolina Prykowska-Michalak is a professor at the University of Łódź in Poland. Her area of expertise is theatre studies from an interdisciplinary and intercultural perspective. Her research projects currently focus on cultural management in European comparison, with a particular emphasis on theatre. For several years, she has offered courses in Poland and Germany in theatre studies, cultural studies, Polish studies, and Slavic studies.
